Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Engagement Executive to be the face of Experiential VR Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, explaining VR experiences, assisting with equipment, gathering feedback, and ensuring an exceptional visitor journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and provide an engaging and informative introduction to our VR experiences.
  • Guide guests through the check-in process and explain safety guidelines and how to use VR equipment.
  • Monitor and assist customers during their VR sessions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Collect visitor feedback and suggestions for continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of VR stations.
  • Handle bookings, payments, and basic requirements.
  • Assist in marketing activities, events, and outreach to drive visitor engagement.
  • Create a friendly, customer-first environment that reflects Exprential’s mission.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of VR technology (training will be provided).
  • Energetic, customer-focused attitude with a passion for tourism and innovation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in customer service, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Accounts

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Accounts to oversee
and manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. The ideal
candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, TDS/GST regulations, and
experience with modern accounting software. This role requires a professional who can support
business growth through strong financial management and internal control practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management:

  •  Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, journal
    entries, bank reconciliation, etc.
  •  Ensure timely closure of books of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts.

Taxation & Compliance:

  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable tax laws and regulatory changes.

Internal Controls &Documentation:

  • Implement and monitor internal controls, SOPs, and accounting standards (Ind AS/GAAP).
  • Maintain proper documentation and backup of all financial transactions and statutory filings.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with internal departments, banks, vendors, and consultants as needed.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with senior finance leaders.
  • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors for financial and tax audits.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Tally, GST,Income tax software.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Income Tax, compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, financial modeling, and reconciliations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate/ CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in tech, manufacturing, or service sectors is a plus.
