- Monitor and assist customers during sessions for a smooth, enjoyable experience.
- Collect feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of VR stations.
- Handle bookings, payments, and basic operational requirements.
- Assist in marketing activities, events, and outreach to drive engagement.
- Create a friendly, customer-first environment that reflects Exprential’s mission.
Role Details
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic understanding of VR tech (training provided).
- Energetic, customer-focused attitude; passion for tourism and innovation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in customer service/tourism/hospitality is a plus.
